Store Manager - London
As a Store Manager for one of our London-based stores, you will be an ambassador for Les 100 Ciels, leading the daily operations of your store. You will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional client experiences, build and maintain a loyal customer base, and drive profitable performance. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury retail, with strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador
* Inspire pride and passion for Les 100 Ciels within your team and clients.
* Embody the brand values and image and have a strong understanding of the brands DNA.
* Lead by example with a client-first approach, setting the tone for service excellence and a positive team culture.
Client Experience & Visual Merchandising
1. Deliver and maintain Les 100 Ciels visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
2. Build relationships with clients, driving loyalty and long term brand advocacy.
3. Ensure a warm, personalised, luxury level client journey from first contact to aftersales care.
4. Drive effective use of the current CRM whilst also working to build this.
