5. Experience of teaching clinical skills to undergraduates and postgraduates

7. Understand the principles of Clinical Governance and demonstrate experience of evidence-based practice.

9. Evidence of Research Activity or Higher Degree
10. Completion of recognised College specialty training in sub-speciality
