Conveyancer - Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Wolverhampton-based solicitors' firm for an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload.
* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
* Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
* Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
* Providing a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing role.
* Strong knowledge of residential property transactions.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
* A proactive and professional approach to client service.
