Real Estate Solicitor – NQ, 3 Years PQE – Liverpool – £60,000 (DOE)
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality commercial property matters with a strong focus on the social and healthcare sectors, while playing an active role in developing the firm’s presence in Liverpool. JOB REF:3666
THE ROLE
* Work closely with colleagues across real estate and the wider commercial group, gaining exposure to complex, interesting transactions and building long‑term client relationships.
* Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, support corporate and finance transactions, and contribute to business development and profile‑raising activities in the region.
* Undertake property due diligence on secured lending transactions, negotiate leases and advise on landlord and tenant matters, and conduct title investigation and reporting.
* Actively support the business development strategy of the team and wider business group.
* Develop your own client relationships.
SKILLS REQUIRED
* Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE.
* Proven experience across commercial property law and practice.
* Experience in the social care or independent health sector is desirable, but other relevant sector experience will be considered.
* Exceptional communication, organisational and research skills.
* High levels of attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to business development and profile‑raising.
