Whilst a CSCS Card would be a bonus this is not essential as this can be applied for.Key Responsibilities:* *Installation of Safety Systems*: Install handrails and safety lifelines on Roof Tops, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.* *Site Liaison*: Communicate directly with clients and site managers, addressing any queries or concerns in a professional manner.* *Team Collaboration*: Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.* *Problem Solving*: Demonstrate initiative and the ability to think outside the box when faced with challenges on-site.* *Travel*: Travel via company vans to various sites nationwide, with work based in London and nationwide locations.* *Safety Compliance*: Maintain a high standard of safety on-site at all times and follow all relevant health and safety protocols.*Key Requirements:** *Experience*: Previous experience in the construction industry and outdoor work is advantageous, though full training will be provided.* *Skills*: Excellent timekeeping, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.* *Health & Safety*: Knowledge of safety standards and construction protocols is preferred.* *License*: A full, clean driving licence is required (for insurance purposes) and applicants must be over 21 years of age.* *Personal Attributes*: A fear of heights would be a disadvantage due to the nature of the work.* *Time keeping and Punctuality *Consistent in time keeping and reliability.* *Location Considerations*: Due to the early start (5.30 am at the yard), applicants should be able to travel to the yard with reliable transportation.
