We're on the lookout for motivated Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their established commercial team. About the Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for managing allocated contracts from tender through to final account. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your role will include: Developing commercial plans to mitigate risks and drive profitability. Measurement and valuation of works for valuations, variations, and final accounts. Preparing, submitting, and agreeing on interim valuations in line with agreed schedules. Measuring and valuing subcontractor works for payment and final account purposes. Developing and submitting claims for delays, disruption, and/or loss and expense. Procuring subcontractors and supporting the buying team in procurement processes. Preparing and presenting various financial reports. About You The ideal candidate will have: A relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar. Experience in construction, ideally within the water or infrastructure sectors. Familiarity with NEC forms of contract.
