What Youll Do:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent and trends in the tech sector
Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards and direct outreach
Assist in developing and presenting client proposals, candidate profiles, and market insights
Support the full recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing reports
Build relationships with high-level professionals and clients within the tech industry
Stay on top of the latest trends and advancements in technology
What Were Looking For:
A recent graduate (or up to 3 years of work experience)
Strong interest in the tech industry and executive search/recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and produce clear reports
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles is a plus, but not essential
