Due to an internal move, we have an exciting opportunity for a Property Finance Administrator to join our Finance Transactional team on an 18-month contract. As a Property Finance Administrator, you will be part of our specialist Property Finance team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of property related financial transactions across our corporate estate and property investment portfolio. Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Property Investments, Commercial Services, external suppliers and tenants, you will help ensure invoices, payments and income are processed correctly, queries are investigated and resolved efficiently, and our financial records remain accurate and compliant within a regulated environment. You will manage a shared inbox, respond to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders, process invoices, and support both accounts payable and accounts receivable activity. You will also reconcile financial information using systems and spreadsheets and will be trusted to work with high value transactions, checking figures across systems, identifying discrepancies, and resolving or escalating as needed. Whether or not you have worked in a finance role before, you will gain hands‑on experience of processing financial data within a regulatory environment and have the opportunity to undertake reconciliations for operational ledgers. Working collaboratively with the team, you will be supported to develop or further strengthen your knowledge of accounts receivable and payable, along with the associated tax accounting. This 18-month contract role is based at our Tiddington office, just outside Stratford‑Upon‑Avon. You will work fully onsite for a minimum of four weeks to support a thorough onboarding and induction.
After this, hybrid working options will be available, while ensuring the team continues to deliver a high level of service to customers and stakeholders.
You are a confident administrative professional, able to use the full Microsoft Suite, including Word and Excel. You bring experience from a high-volume administrative or transactional environment and take pride in producing accurate, well‑organised work, even when deadlines are tight. Comfortable working with numbers, you are confident checking figures, spotting discrepancies, and asking the right questions when something doesn't look right. You enjoy balancing attention to detail with a strong customer focus, making sure queries are handled clearly, professionally and in a timely way. You are organised and methodical in your approach, able to manage competing priorities and adapt as new tasks arise. While prior experience with accounts payable or receivable is helpful, it isn't essential – what matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn and motivation to develop within a specialist finance team.
