ROLE: Condition Surveyor PAY RATE: £28/hour via Umbrella JOB TYPE: 2 Months contract LOCATION: Preston (Primarily remote with occasional attendance required) HOURS: Monday - Friday 08:00 am to 04:00 pm THE ROLE: We are Looking for a Condition Surveyor with a mechanical bias to carry out surveys across schools and corporate buildings. The role involves assessing mechanical systems such as boilers and heating equipment, noting their condition, approximate age, and any required actions. You will be working alongside an Electrical Condition Surveyor to complete overall building condition assessments.
