Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver care across diverse client settings.
* Assess and monitor patients’ health and care needs.
* Create and implement personalized care plans for patients.
* Administer medication and treatment as prescribed.
* Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and prevention.
* Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and document patient information accurately.
* Advocate for best practices in health and safety within nursing protocols.
* Work independently while demonstrating strong clinical judgment.
Requirements
* Valid NMC Pin and experience in UK nursing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* The capability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
