Salary: £95 - £115 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time, Term Time Only

What you will do
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Assist teachers and the SENCO with tailored learning plans
Use positive behaviour management strategies in line with school policy
Support children with personal care and physical needs where required
Track and record pupil progress, raising concerns when necessary
Encourage social, emotional, and academic development through strong relationships
Help children stay motivated and engaged in lessonsThe right SEN Teaching Assistant will have
Previous experience working with children with SEN or challenging behaviour
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C / 4 or above) or equivalentWhy join this school?
