Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers
* Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
* Complete work orders and ensure timely response to maintenance requests
* Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property
* Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance as needed
Qualifications
* Previous apartment maintenance experience required
* Strong knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
* HVAC Certification
* Must have reliable transportation
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
