This is a great opportunity to take your career in a new direction, and use the knowledge you’ve built on‑site to guide the next generation of roofing apprentices! You’ll receive full training to become a qualified assessor, along with excellent support, and the chance to develop professionally in a centre‑based role.</p><h3>Duties</h3><ul><li>Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in Roofing (Level 2), specialising in Waterproofing.</li><li>Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills – Maths, English and ICT to Level 2.</li><li>Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners skills, knowledge and behaviours.</li><li>Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and completions.</li><li>Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.</li><li>Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress.</li><li>Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.</li></ul><h3>Essential Criteria</h3><ul><li>Must hold solid occupational competency within Roofing (specifically waterproofing).</li><li>Ideally hold (or willing to work towards) a recognised teaching/assessing qualification: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.</li></ul><h3>Personal Skills</h3><ul><li>Organisational skills are a must, also ability to plan time effectively.</li><li>Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.</li><li>Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.</li></ul></div>
