Starts from £700 per week Length of stay: Flexible, ideally 2 weeks on with 2 weeks off. Open to hearing candidates’ requirements.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Live-in care professionals to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Live-in carer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and enabling them to stay in their own homes.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
* Support clients with medication management and adherence to prescribed health plans.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
* Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
* Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to our Registered Manager
What are we looking for?
* A caring, empathetic and compassionate individual with a genuine desire to help others in need of care
* Minimum of 12 months experience as a Live-in carer
* Good written and spoken communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
* Ability to perform lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs
