Job Summary:
Glevum Security is currently seeking a professional and reliable Static Security Guard to be based at a fixed site in Cinderford, Gloucestershire. This is a full-time role on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, offering 48 hours per week at a competitive rate of £12.57 per hour.
Key Duties Will Include:
* Conducting regular site patrols to ensure safety and security
* Performing animal welfare checks as part of site-specific protocols
* Logging visitors and vehicle details
* Weighing lorries using on-site equipment
* Monitoring CCTV and responding to alarms or incidents
* Ensuring accurate daily records and reporting
Requirements:
* Valid SIA Licence (Essential)
* Previous experience in a static or site-based security role (preferred)
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow specific site procedures
* Strong communication and report-writing skills
* Reliable and punctual
* Own transport is beneficial due to site location and shift pattern
