Are you a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with at least one year of experience as a qualified Band 4?

If you’re passionate about providing exceptional palliative care and looking to take the next step in your career, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Join our supportive and dynamic team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our patients and their families.

What you’ll do

* Work with and support a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
* Provide direct care, ongoing assessment, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
* Uphold NMC standards, contribute to care planning, and manage medicines within guidance.
* Support, supervise, and develop junior staff and students while promoting equality and patient rights.
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvement within the hospice.

What we’re looking for

* Someone passionate about palliative and person‑centred care
* A qualified NMC‑registered Nursing Associate
* Someone passionate about palliative and person‑centred care
* Experienced at Band 4 level for at least one year
* Professional, respectful, and committed to high standards
* Confident working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Motivated to support, supervise, and develop others


What we can offer you

* Band 4 equivalent salary from £27,485 to £30,162 per year (FTE)
