What you’ll do
* Work with and support a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
* Provide direct care, ongoing assessment, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
* Uphold NMC standards, contribute to care planning, and manage medicines within guidance.
* Support, supervise, and develop junior staff and students while promoting equality and patient rights.
* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvement within the hospice.
What we’re looking for
* Someone passionate about palliative and person‑centred care
* A qualified NMC‑registered Nursing Associate
* Someone passionate about palliative and person‑centred care
* Experienced at Band 4 level for at least one year
* Professional, respectful, and committed to high standards
* Confident working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Motivated to support, supervise, and develop others
