Job Description:As a Product Content Manager, you will work within the Darktrace R&D department to coordinate technical documentation and technical information requests. You will support a team of technical authors and Darktrace product information specialists to ensure our customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community have the resources they need to succeed.Successful candidates will learn to identify knowledge sources and build product awareness, cultivate working relationships with subject matter experts, and communicate answers clearly and accurately. This is a hybrid role, with compulsory attendance of 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.
