Product Analyst
Hybrid – London | £45,000 – £60,000 + Equity

As Product Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative Data Science team that works at the heart of the company’s strategy. Your mission: understand how users behave, identify what drives engagement, and turn numbers into narratives that power product innovation and commercial success.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Analyse user behaviour and key metrics across the app to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
* Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports to track KPIs and enable self-service analytics across the organisation.
* Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Marketing teams to provide analytical input across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to experimentation.
* Design and run A/B tests, interpreting results to guide product strategy and feature development.
* Create data models and views to support multiple business needs in collaboration with data engineers.
* Train and support business users in using BI tools effectively to drive better decision-making.
Skills & Experience
* Strong SQL skills with experience optimising queries for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex findings into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
* Proven experience creating and managing BI dashboards and data models.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong collaborator with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Looker or ThoughtSpot.
* Familiarity with Redshift or BigQuery.
* Experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate experiments.
