The Opportunity
* Work closely with learners on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Plan and deliver sessions that suit individual learning styles
* Deliver tuition in home settings or within the local community
* Play a key role in boosting both academic skills and self-confidence
Who This Role Suits
* Those with experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND
* Tutors confident in delivering Maths and/or English
* Individuals located in Lyme Regis or able to travel nearby
* People who bring patience, creativity, and understanding to their work
* Those familiar with safeguarding and inclusive education approaches

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
