MINK MGMT. is looking for a London based agent / producer to join our team mid - end of August 2025.
MINK MGMT. is a photographers and creatives agency founded in 2012 with offices in Stockholm, Paris and London. MINK MGMT. develops emerging talent as well as supporting established artists. In addition to artist management we offer full production services.
We are looking for a structured and positive individual with a true interest in creative expressions. We believe you have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role or with related tasks.
To fit in the team you should be collaborative, curious, detail-oriented, goal-driven, sociable and comfortable working independently and in a small team across several offices. Job Description
- Seek out new clients and maintain excellent relationships with existing ones
* Develop and implement individual strategies for creatives career development.
* Negotiating artists fees and usages.
* Manage still and film productions, from pre-production to delivery. Oversee on-set production and plan call sheets and shoot schedules.
* Collaborate with creatives, clients, and teams to ensure high production standards and simplify the process for our clients and creatives.
* Budgeting and scheduling.
* Support creatives with the creation of mood boards and treatments.
* Negotiation and booking of teams, models, crew, travel, and equipment.
* Book artist and agency meetings.
* Update portfolios, website, presentations, and client databases.
Qualifications
* Photographer agency, in-house or production company experience, preferably with fashion photography and film.
* Experience planning production schedules for pre-production, shoot/filming days, and post- production.
* Dynamic, results driven and resilient in a competitive market. Solution-oriented, calm and positive team player in fast-paced situations.
* Proactive with a genuine interest in supporting our creatives and clients.
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Ability to organise, plan and manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously
* Established relationships with creative directors, art directors, art buyers, production companies in the UK.
* An active interest in keeping up to date with technology relevant to the industry.
* Able to travel as needed.
* Experience working with Keynote, Numbers or Excel, Adobe Creative Suite.
* Based in London and fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
This is a full time position based at our London office, we currently have the possibility to work from home up to two days a week.
