Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales & Administration Assistant to support our growing telecoms business.
This role will involve a mixture of administrative support and outbound calling to businesses, helping generate new opportunities for fibre broadband, telecoms, CCTV, and managed services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate records, booking appointments, and helping drive business growth.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our services and book appointments
* Follow up on warm leads and previous enquiries
* Maintain and update systems with accurate customer information
* Assist with general office administration
* Support marketing and lead generation activities where required
Requirements
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Comfortable making outbound cold calls
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage workload
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
