Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading Top 200 UK Law Firm specialising in Commercial Property Law, is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their highly successful team in the South West. With a varied and high-quality caseload advising on all aspects of Commercial Property work, you will play a key role in supporting clients on commercial property matters.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle a diverse range of commercial property cases, including purchases and sales of commercial property, commercial leases, property development (options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements), and landlord and tenant matters.
2. Provide exceptional legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
3. Contribute to the firm's growth strategy by actively participating in business development and networking activities.
4. Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and results for our clients.
5. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, valuing the contributions of all team members.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
6. Proven experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor, with a strong track record in handling complex commercial property matters.
7. Excellent business development and networking skills, with the ability to contribute to the growth of the firm.
