About You About The Role As a Deputy Manager of a children's residential home, you will be supporting the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in line with CQC standards. Leading and supervising staff, manage rotas, and contributing to recruitment, training, and performance development. The role includes maintaining accurate records, overseeing care planning, safeguarding residents, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. Liaising effectively with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies to promote well-being, dignity, and independence, while also assisting with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
