Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: High Wycombe (HP12, HP13, HP14)
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £90 - £100 per day.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our warm and supportive school community in High Wycombe from September 2025.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN
* Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Promote a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment
* Monitor and record pupils\' progress, feeding back to staff and parents
* Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation using positive interventions
About You
* Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow direction and also use initiative when required
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
