Overview
Electrical Site Manager. Location: City Of London. Salary: £52,000 - £53,000 basic + overtime (up to £58K OTE) + company benefits + private healthcare + laptop / phone + training + holiday + pension.

You'll take ownership of site operations, ensuring electrical and building services works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you'll oversee project performance, compliance, and the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all site-based electrical and building services activities
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, testing, and installations across commercial properties
* Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements (fire, water hygiene, F-Gas, emergency lighting, etc.) are met
* Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety
* Manage resources, materials, and cost control to ensure project profitability
Qualifications & Requirements
* BTEC / HNC / HND or City & Guilds 2360, 2330, or 2357 in Electrical Installation (or similar)
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, heating & ventilation, and public services operation
* Familiarity with statutory compliance and HSE requirements
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an electrically biased role within building services
* Excellent leadership, organisation, and client-facing skills
