Global Organisation seeks an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Accounts Assistant would have strong attention to detail, highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines. Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
Duties of the Accounts Assistant include:
1. Maintain payroll client payments (Net wages, HMRC, Pension etc)
2. Maintain AP ledger, for our client's liabilities (HMRC, Pension, Net wages etc)
3. Maintain AR ledger, receipting invoices and performing regular credit control
4. Maintain Client cash reconciliation
5. Daily/Weekly Bank Reconciliations
6. Manage the UKPS Finance inbox with supplier & internal queries
7. Ad-Hoc support
8. Other administration & support duties as required
Requirements for the Accounts Assistant include:
9. Ability to learn new processes and systems
10. Strong communication, both within team and the wider business
11. Strong numerical skills
12. Strong organizational skills
13. Excellent attention to details & able to work to deadlines
14. Good Excel skills
15. Use of Oracle Cloud (or equivalent) would be beneficial but not essential
