About the Role
Our client, a well-established and reputable accountancy practice in West Yorkshire, is looking to appoint an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse client portfolio and be part of a supportive professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and complete audit assignments from planning through to finalisation.
* Prepare year-end statutory accounts for a variety of clients.
* Review work of junior team members, providing guidance and mentoring.
* Liaise with clients to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and auditing standards.
* Assist with ad hoc projects as required by the partners.
Candidate Requirements
1. AAT Qualified and ACCA or ACA Qualified (minimum 1 year post-qualified).
2. Minimum 5 years experience within an accountancy practice environment.
3. Proven background in both audit and accounts preparation.
4. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations.
