Job Description
Title: Technical Print Operator
Company: Global Pharma
Location: Fully On-site - Swindon, UK
Type: 3 months contract - full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week - Day Shifts
Key Responsibilities
* Operate, set up, change over, and troubleshoot encapsulation machines
* Accurately complete batch records and GMP documentation
* Perform in-process checks to ensure product quality and minimize rejects
* Monitor and manage materials, gels, solvents, and lubricants
* Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas
* Support machine changeovers and coordinate with maintenance/crib mechanics
* Handle and stage finished softgel products
* Follow all safety, SOP, and regulatory requirements and report deviations
Key Requirements
* Experience in GMP manufacturing and/or digital print production
* Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
* Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends or overtime if required
* Ability to handle industrial chemicals and regulated materials safely
