About the Role:
We are seeking Quality Professionals at all levels to support major nuclear defence infrastructure programmes in the Glasgow area. These roles will involve working closely with project and operational teams to ensure quality standards, assurance processes, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved across complex and highly regulated projects.
You will support quality management activities, drive continuous improvement, and help ensure compliance with company, client, and industry standards. Experience within nuclear, defence, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or other regulated sectors is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide quality assurance and quality control support across nuclear defence projects.
* Conduct audits, inspections, surveillance activities, and compliance reviews.
* Support the development and review of quality plans, procedures, and documentation.
* Assist with non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Monitor compliance with ISO standards, client requirements, and project specifications.
* Promote continuous improvement and quality best practice across project teams.
* Prepare quality reports, KPI data, and assurance documentation.
Key Requirements:
* Experience within a Quality role in construction, infrastructure, engineering, defence, nuclear, or other regulated sectors.
* Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 standards.
* Relevant quality qualification or industry certification desirable.
* Strong understanding of quality assurance, auditing, and continuous improvement processes.
* Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Eligibility for and ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
* British National status (essential for defence projects).
