What you’ll be doing
As a key member of our Finance team, you will report to [insert reporting line] and collaborate closely with various stakeholders. Your role will involve:
1. Supporting Heads of Category with insights and analysis to drive commercial decisions.
2. Assisting in tracking overall business trading performance and leading the creation of strategic plans.
3. Developing relationships with commercial teams and finance stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reporting.
4. Modelling expected outcomes of commercial initiatives and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
5. Driving continuous improvement processes across finance functions.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
6. A qualification as a chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
7. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
9. Proficiency in data reporting and quality review, with strong Excel and SAP BW skills.
10. A proactive approach to identifying issues and driving actions to conclusion.
It would be great if you also have
11. Knowledge of Commercial TM1 reporting and Power BI.
12. Previous experience in a business partnering role.
