Kitchen Porter - Live-out (Please note, there is no staff accommodation available)
Force Cafe is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy café and hospitality team. This is a key support role within our kitchen, ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will support chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining strict food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Washing dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment
* Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas
* Assisting with basic food preparation (where required)
* Removing waste and managing bins safely
* Restocking cleaning supplies and kitchen items
* Supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
* Following food safety and health & safety procedures
Required Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or in hospitality preferred
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
* Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Physically able to stand for extended periods
* Flexible availability, including weekends
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Food hygiene certificate
* Experience in cafés, restaurants, or commercial kitchens
* Knowledge of basic food preparation tasks
