What Youll Be Doing
* Building and managing your own recruitment desk within the education sector
* Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates
* Developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients
* Taking ownership of your market and driving growth
* Providing excellent service and helping candidates find roles where they thrive
