The Mission We are selecting an elite nursing professional for a role that transcends traditional hospital boundaries. You will provide dedicated 1:1 medical care to an 80-year-old VIP aboard a luxury superyacht. Your clinical setting will shift daily as the vessel navigates the most exclusive harbors of the Mediterranean, including Portofino, Capri, Corsica, and the Balearic Islands. This position demands clinical confidence, adaptability, and the ability to deliver hospital-standard care at sea.
The Team You will be an integral part of a sophisticated medical detail. The team structure includes a Lead British Doctor, resident Physiotherapists, and a cohesive, Western-trained nursing unit. You will be supported by colleagues who understand the nuances of high-net-worth medical support.
The Safety Operational safety is our priority. We utilize a strict double-nurse shift system, ensuring you are never working alone during critical hours and have ample downtime to decompress and explore the ports of call.
The Process Efficiency is key. We conduct our initial interview phase via a secure online platform, allowing you to interview from Manchester before committing to travel.
