About the Role
* Provide operational leadership across our Children in Care and Leaving Care pathways.
* Line-manage Team Managers, Social Workers, and Personal Advisers.
* Ensure consistently good practice, robust oversight of permanence and reunification planning.
* Foster strong multi-agency collaboration to deliver improved outcomes for cared-for children and care-experienced young people.
About You
* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
* 3 years perm experieince within a local authority
* Substantial leadership experience within Children's Social Care. xkybehq
