Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the estate, including health and safety and the Site Team.
* Open and close the school, ensuring a clean, healthy and safe environment for users of the school buildings, grounds and gardens.
* Carry out maintenance and repair work on the school buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings, perform general lifting and assist the premises team with cleaning duties.
Qualifications & Skills
* Hands‑on approach with practical DIY skills.
* Proficiency in operating machinery.
* Understanding and ability to support the implementation of relevant policies, including Health and Safety and CoSHH.
* Good communicator, able to lead a small team and work on own initiative.
* Flexible approach.
