The post is a 0.4 FTE (Thursday and Friday) Fixed-Term Contract until 31st August 2026 (Maternity Cover).
We are looking to appoint an inspirational, dedicated and outstanding teacher who will support our children’s education and development. The successful candidate would be joining a positive, supportive and welcoming school with high expectations for both our children and staff. The post would initially be based in Key Stage One. This follows our latest OFSTED inspection. The school is committed to safeguarding and the welfare of all its children.

Hanbury Primary School is committed to safeguarding and staff are required to adhere to the Safeguarding Policy and participate in annual safeguarding training. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is eligible for an enhanced DBS check including a Children's Barring List Check. Shortlisted candidates for a regulated activity role will be asked to complete a self-declaration and disclosure form. Any disclosures declared will be discussed at interview.
