We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and highly regarded primary school in CF24 from September. We have high expectations for both learning and behaviour and are looking for a Teaching Assistant who shares these values and can make a positive contribution to our dedicated team. This role will be based within a Year 3 class and would suit a confident and experienced Teaching Assistant who is able to work proactively, use their own initiative and build strong relationships with pupils and staff alike. The successful candidate will: Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting. Be confident supporting pupils across the curriculum. Have experience delivering interventions and supporting small group learning. Be able to adapt learning activities to meet a range of needs and abilities. Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills and maintain high expectations. Be nurturing, patient and approachable whilst remaining firm and consistent. Work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally with colleagues and parents. Be organised, reliable and willing to contribute to the wider life of the school.
