HR Advisor | Mon to Fri 8.45am – 5pm | £30,000 | Kirkby
We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor to work as part of a busy manufacturing company in Kirkby. The purpose of this role is to support the HR activities of the company, Provide advice and guidance on the company’s HR related policies and procedures.
Reporting to the HR manager the role will include tasks such as -
* Support day to day admin of HR related documents
* Compile spreadsheets and reports when required
* Provide HR advice and guidance to staff and management
* Support the maintenance of current HR files and databases
* Assist in payroll preparation process
* Ensure the department is complaint with GDPR processes
To be considered for this role we require someone with skills such as -
* CIPD level 5 minimum
* Experience in a HR Advisory role
* Experience of working within a HR environment
* Computer literate and HR software knowledge
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
* Ability to work well under pressure
