Vacancy Description Registering and posting of supplier invoices to purchase ledger.
Preparation and posting of supplier payment runs as agreed by Finance Director.
Posting of sales invoices to sales ledger.
Posting of customer payments to sales ledger.
General Ledger Postings and Journals.
Supplier Statement Reconciliation.
Dealing with telephone enquiries from customers and suppliers.
Cash collection and maintenance of dunning letters.
Daily post – in and out.
Filing.
Processing of credit card payments via credit card terminal.
Maintain customer and supplier basic account data.
Any other duties as required by the Commercial Accountant/Management Accountant.
