We are currently recruiting for a Contract wide Maintenance Manager to join the Wyre contract team. The successful candidate will be a key part of the contract's operation, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
* Developing, implementing, and managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules across all facilities.
* Ensuring all facilities comply with relevant health, safety, and legislative requirements.
* Managing the maintenance budget and sourcing competitive quotes for works and materials.
* Responding to and resolving reactive maintenance issues efficiently to minimise downtime and disruption.
* Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work, inspections, and compliance checks.
* Contributing to the strategic planning and long term asset management of the contract.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Maintenance Management role, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or facilities management sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, including mechanical, 18th edition electrician qualification, and HVAC systems.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* A relevant professional qualification or trade certification is desirable.
* Experience with recruitment tracking software like PXD is beneficial.
