This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior marketing executive to develop their skills with the possibility of quick progression to Marketing Manager or similar managerial role. The marketing team are a key department based at the group HQ in Amersham. The senior marketing executive would work as part of this team to develop our marketing strategies and initiatives, focusing on lead generation ideas, collaboration with the sales team and utilising our strong branding and resources for further development.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Executive you will be responsible for leading on planning and implementing a full range of online and offline marketing and communications activities, maintaining a high-quality service delivery and contributing to new initiatives.
As a Senior Marketing Executive you will need to:
* Conduct research and establish customer needs to inform planning and make recommendations.
* Keep up to date with the needs of our niche target audiences and ways to develop appropriate marketing output.
* Have oversight over all branded documents, ensuring they are on-brand and on message.
* Lead the planning of marketing campaigns, events and internal / external communications.
* Create campaigns according to marketing plan and campaign schedule, write copy, proof content.
* Create and develop organic digital activity – manage the content calendar for the team, plan social media posting, email marketing.

Qualifications
We're looking for a passionate, experienced marketeer with a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role that is keen to develop their career and join this fast-paced team and take a real ownership of our brand marketing and communications.
You will have a combination of skills and experience across the marketing discipline: Email and campaign (offline and online) comms (including reporting), inbound marketing campaigns (including social), print media (editorials and press releases), event management, service message communication (including customer data ownership), digital content creation to support campaigns and brand positioning.
It is important that candidates have strong layout or graphic design skills with an eye for detail. Experience with InDesign is a must.
