Responsibilities
* Assist a team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers in supporting high profile user communities and daily contact with customers and stakeholders using the IT Service Management Toolset.
* Monitor Event Management tooling, triage and escalation as part of daily duties.
* Maintain and support the backup and storage solution to ensure high availability of data in the event of loss or disaster recovery.
* Conduct daily checks of the solution, produce documentation, and maintain the product lifecycle management.
* Note: The applicant must be a highly cleared sole national 3rd Line Storage Support Engineer for a high‑level government account.
