GES is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to join our Show Ready team based at the NEC near Birmingham.

Our Show Ready team provides exhibitors with turnkey stand solutions, complemented by enhancements such as branded furniture, AV, and graphics.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will take full ownership of allocated shows, managing the fulfilment of sales orders, coordinating stock and graphics production and liaising with internal sales and operations teams as well as directly with end clients.
As a Show Ready Project Manager at GES, you will:
* Interpret confirmed orders from internal sales team and input relevant details into Clarity MIS.
* Share artwork specifications and other order-related information with end clients.
* Manage client requirements throughout the process, ensuring any changes are communicated to the sales team for appropriate action.
* Create, update and maintain the Show Ready tracker for allocated shows.
* Coordinate with third-party suppliers for platforms, AV, and custom-built elements.
* Coordinate with wider Operations teams, particularly floor-covering & electrics.
* Plan installation and breakdown, collaborating closely with wider Operations teams.
* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across labour, logistics and site management.
* Oversee subcontractors both remotely and on-site across the UK and Europe.
* Ensure all required elements (e.g. build, graphics, carpet, electrics, AV, furniture) are delivered to a high standard.
* Support the sales team in handing over completed Show Ready stands to exhibitors on site.
* Liaise with the GES Health & Safety team to ensure full compliance with site regulations.
* Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the Show Ready offering.
* Provide support to the Senior Project Manager as required.

Salary
This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.
Hours of work
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. On occasion you may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business.
Annual leave
Our holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
