PMO Manager | 12+ Months Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid | Circa £60kWe are currently supporting one of our long-standing Rail Provider clients to find them an experience PMO Manager to support a large culture change programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a pillar of delivery excellence within a new programme poised to take the business to new heights.The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting business change programmes, with perhaps previous experience in a Business Analyst type position. They need someone with great stakeholder management skills, who is able to support the People Programme Change Manager to delivery the programme effectively.Responsibilities:Ensuring effective project plans are in place, regularly updatingManaging risks and mitigation plansReporting project status to the Change ManagerMonitoring project leads to ensure delivery will be metWhat you will bring;Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading a critical PMOExperience in larger organisations with head office and 'ground crew' workforcesOutstanding comms and stakeholder management skillsEmpathy and emotional intelligence required to handle people change projectsLogistics:Crica £60k pa. + benefitsHybrid - Minimum 2 days/week in the officeOffice located in Central LondonInitial 12 months, with large potential for extension
