Responsibilities
* Providing administrative and organizational support to the Fraud and Motor Team.
* Preparing, formatting, and proofing legal documents and correspondence.
* Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately maintained.
* Liaising with clients, courts, and third‑party providers professionally and effectively.
* Assisting in the preparation of court bundles and other litigation support tasks.
* Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
* Handling general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
* Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under deadlines.
* Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
