As a Hire Coordinator based in Chesterfield you’ll be responsible for:
* Taking telephone and email enquiries from customers daily to ensure hire equipment is sent out
* Producing and tracking quotes for customers
* Liaising internally with the business nationally around customer needs, as well as managing customer expectations
* Building and maintaining customer relationships whilst being able to upsell
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.00pm

* To be self-motivated and willing to learn
* To have confidence when speaking with customers over the phone and the ability to form and maintain relationships
