Stoke-on-Trent Hours : 40.25 hours per week Salary : £13.80 Oakwood/Haywood House are supported living community services in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent city.
We support adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders to transition from mental health hospitals into a community setting.
We are now recruiting for Team Leaders on a full-time basis.
Our Team Leaders are essential for creating a strong foundation for us to develop a professional, safe and comfortable environment, Delivering the highest quality, person centred care.
You will have the confidence to successfully lead others and demonstrate a positive and motivating attitude at all times, have the ability to deal with difficult/crisis situations with a high level of professionalism and in return you will be valued and encouraged to develop your skills further through our commitment to training and support.
