This role focuses on delivering externally managed roofing and planned works contracts, from specification to completion. It is suited for a Contracts Manager with experience in roofing and planned works, who is looking to avoid firefighting, poor contractor control and unrealistic programmes. The organisation is a large social housing provider with a long‑term planned works programme across occupied homes. The work is steady, programmes are mapped out and the focus is on delivering quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage planned roofing and refurbishment programmes from start to finish
* Set clear specifications and programmes that make sense on site
* Hold contractors to account on quality, safety and compliance

Qualifications
* An HNC (or equivalent experience) in a building‑related discipline
