Overview
Key Criteria (What We’re Looking For)
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (minimum 2:2) in a relevant discipline, such as:
* Business, Finance, Economics, Politics, Energy, Sustainability, Data Analytics or similar
* Strong interest in energy, sustainability, infrastructure, or public policy
* Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Ethical, professional, and values-driven approach
* Flexible, open-minded, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
* Right to work in the UK
* Interest in large-scale infrastructure or major national projects
* Experience working in teams, projects, or stakeholder-focused environments
* Curiosity about climate policy, energy markets, or sustainability strategy
* Confidence working with data, insight, or reporting
The Programme
You’ll complete rotational placements (up to 6 months each) across core business and policy functions, designed to build commercial, strategic, and stakeholder skills.
Potential placement areas include:
* Finance & Treasury
* Economic Regulation
* Environment & Sustainability
* Public Sector & Government Engagement
You’ll be supported throughout by a career manager, placement manager, mentor, and buddy, alongside learning from senior leaders and industry experts.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Business Analyst / Associate, you’ll:
* Contribute to high-impact projects supporting the UK’s energy transition
* Analyse data, policy, and commercial information to support decision-making
* Work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
* Develop both technical and professional skills in a fast-paced environment
