Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or car allowance & home-based contract.

What you’ll be doing:
* Scope out, hunt, and seal the deal with fresh, independent new business opportunities while keeping the pipeline flowing
* Build strong relationships with independent players in the local food market using your curiosity for all things foodie
* Craft bespoke culinary propositions that help our customers save precious time and money
* Generate growth, hitting profit targets and earning rewards accordingly
* Welcome new clients with style and finesse, ensuring they feel right at home with their Area Sales Manager buddy
* Monitor competition and market trends to provide the hottest solutions and insights from the world’s biggest food wholesaler
* Achieve market goals with the enthusiasm of a seasoned foodie conquering a buffet
What we are looking for:
Ideally you’ll come from a similar background to Field Sales, but that’s not essential. We need commercial thinkers with the drive and ambition to meet targets and make a difference. Confidence on the field and a customer‑centric focus are essential. While food‑service or hospitality experience is advantageous, we provide comprehensive induction to equip you with product and business knowledge.
